STEP 1
Automated Test Process
The High Temp. Dilatometer features an automated test process that ensures consistent and reliable results, reducing manual intervention and potential for error.

Our high temp. dilatometer is engineered to measure the thermal expansion properties of various solid inorganic materials, including refractory materials, ceramics, and metals. With models designed to reach temperatures up to 1700°C, these dilatometers are essential tools for scientific research and precision casting applications.
The high temp. dilatometer from Luoyang Heatest Instrument Equipment Co., Ltd is a fully automatic instrument designed for high-precision thermal expansion testing of solid inorganic materials. It is particularly suited for refractory materials, shell and core materials for precision casting, ceramics, and other inorganic materials, offering a necessary testing solution for scientific research and teaching. Our dilatometers are manufactured following the GB/T 7320 standard, ensuring reliability and accuracy in your thermal expansion tests.
These dilatometers are equipped with a differential ejector method test principle, providing a compact structure, ease of operation, and high practicality. The test process is fully automated, with a user-friendly interface, high temperature control accuracy, and the capability to test multiple samples simultaneously, enhancing efficiency in your laboratory.
Our range of high temp. dilatometers offers models with working temperatures from 1300°C to 1700°C, catering to various testing needs. The heating-up rate is adjustable from 0 to 10°C per minute, and the temperature control accuracy is within ±1°C, ensuring precise measurements. The quantity of samples that can be tested ranges from 1 to 4, depending on the model, and the sample size varies from φ6 to φ20×100 mm, accommodating a wide range of material testing requirements.
