STEP 1
High Service Temperature
The MCT.HT1001 is capable of reaching a service temperature of 1800℃, making it suitable for high-temperature material testing applications.

The MCT.HT1001 refractoriness furnace is a state-of-the-art testing equipment designed to determine the refractoriness of materials. It is manufactured in accordance with Chinese standard GB/T 7322 and features advanced refractory materials for high heat insulation efficiency.
The MCT.HT1001 refractoriness furnace is engineered to measure the refractoriness of materials, a critical quality indicator for refractory materials. This furnace operates by heating a test material formed into a truncated triangular cone to a specific temperature where it bends under its own weight, indicating the material's refractoriness.
It is composed of a heating furnace, a control cabinet, and a transformer, with an ultra-high-temperature lining made from energy-efficient fiber products. Compared to traditional furnaces, this model saves over 80% on electricity consumption, offering a clean, easy, and quick operation.
The furnace's samples holding plate can be rotated, and the deformation process of the test cones can be monitored and recorded by a 6-mega-pixel CCD camera, ensuring accurate data capture for material analysis.
