STEP 1
Fully Automatic Operation
The RUL & Creep Tester performs tests automatically, from temperature rising to data treatment, without manual intervention, ensuring accuracy and repeatability in material testing.

The RUL & Creep tester is a precision instrument designed to assess the load softening temperature, compressive creep, and thermal expansion performance under load of various refractory products and amorphous materials. It adheres to the test standards of YB/T370, GB/T5989, GB/T5073, GB/T7320, ISO1893, and ISO3187, making it a reliable choice for high-temperature material testing in industries such as metallurgy, ceramics, and building materials.
The RUL & Creep tester is engineered to determine high-temperature creep (CIC) and refractoriness under load (RUL). Its furnace lining is crafted from high-quality bubble alumina, ensuring a well-balanced temperature in the hearth and excellent heat insulation, which contributes to energy efficiency. The system is PC-Based Controlled, with HEATEST®-RUL/CIC software running on WINDOWS, offering a user-friendly interface for convenient operation.
This tester is capable of automatic temperature control, data processing, and error correction, allowing for post-test result retrieval. It is widely recognized for its ease of use and superior performance in material testing applications, making it an ideal tool for the metallurgy, ceramic, and building materials industries.
The RUL.CIC-HT 706 variant conforms to standards GB/T 5998 and ISO1893, enabling the determination of refractoriness under load and high-temperature creep under compression. The tester's fully automatic operation, data acquisition, storage, and offline evaluation capabilities, along with its alarm system for thermocouple failure and test piece collapse, set it apart in the field of material testing.
