Microcomputer Measurement and Control
Ensures precise control over the testing process, with high-precision stepper motor and PLC pulse control for ultra-high precision speed.

The thermo-physical property tester is engineered to measure critical properties of materials at elevated temperatures, including viscosity, density, and resistivity. This equipment is pivotal for the metallurgical industry, providing insights into the behavior of slags and molten glass. With microcomputer control and PLC pulse control, it ensures high-precision measurements aligning with YB/T185 standards.
The thermo-physical property tester is a sophisticated instrument designed to assess the physical and chemical properties of slags and other materials at high temperatures. It is equipped with a microcomputer measurement and control system, high-precision stepper motor, and PLC pulse control, ensuring ultra-high precision in speed and measurements. This equipment is essential for studying the viscosity, surface tension, density, and conductivity of slags, which are vital for the optimization of metallurgical processes and product quality.
It is capable of measuring the viscosity of molten glass at various temperatures, providing the viscoelastic viscosity/temperature correlation curve. The temperature of the glass sample is monitored in real-time, and the viscosity values are displayed on the computer as the rotor rotates at preset speeds. This data is crucial for understanding the material's behavior under different conditions.
The tester is also designed to meet specific testing requirements with different models: MVT.HT1101 for high-temperature viscosity tests, MVT.HT1102 for viscosity and resistivity, and MVT.HT1103 for a comprehensive test including viscosity, resistivity, surface tension, and high-temperature density.
