STEP 1
Temperature Uniformity
Our High Temperature Box Furnace ensures excellent temperature uniformity across the entire chamber, crucial for consistent results in your lab applications.

The high temperature box furnace is engineered for precision and reliability in laboratory environments. With a maximum operating temperature of up to 1800℃, it offers excellent temperature uniformity and a modern industrial design. Compact, aesthetically pleasing, and easy to operate, this furnace is the epitome of stability and reliability. Choose from a variety of sizes and capacities to suit your specific laboratory needs.
The High Temperature Box Furnace is a universal box-type heating furnace designed for daily laboratory applications. It boasts a compact structure and a double-layer shell for stability, with an additional cooling device to ensure a low shell temperature. The electrostatic spray shell is not only long-lasting but also durable, making it an ideal choice for high-temperature processes. With ceramic fiber, foam ceramic, or alumina hollow ball lining, this furnace heats up quickly, consumes less energy, and is built to last.
Our furnaces are equipped with high-quality, high-temperature resistant heating elements made of SIC or MoSi2, ensuring efficient and even heating. The special hanging treatment of these elements reduces the force on the furnace lining, thereby extending its service life. The standard 0.5mm S-type or B-type thermocouple allows for precise temperature control and measurement, ensuring the accuracy of your experiments.
Available in various models with different capacities and door types, our High Temperature Box Furnace can be tailored to your specific requirements. The intelligent instrument or LCD touchscreen control options provide AI-intelligent and precise temperature management, making operation a breeze.
